BitchX: Nicks and Clients

Commands for changing nicks, managing information about nicks and users, and some IRC channel commands in here by mistake.

/C Usage: /c <mode>- Set modes for current channel
/FINGER Usage: /finger <nick>- Fetches finger info on <nick>
/HOST Usage: /host [nick]- Shows host of yourself or [nick]
/HOSTNAME Usage: /hostname [host]- Use a virtual hostname on IRC- If no host is given, will list available hostnames.
/IG Usage: /ig +|-<nick>- Ignores ALL except crap and public of nick!host matching <nick>
/IGH Usage: /igh +|-<nick>- Ignores ALL except crap and public of hostname matching <nick>
/IGHT Usage: /ight +|-<nick>- Ignores ALL except crap and public of host matching <nick>- Nickname is ignored for /set IGNORE_TIME minutes
/IGNORE Usage: /ignore +|-|^<nick>- Ignores ALL except crap and public from <nick>
/IGT Usage: /igt +|-<nick>- Ignores ALL except crap and public of nick!host matching <nick>- Nickname is ignored for /set IGNORE_TIME minutes
/ISON tellsyou if one ore mopre nicks are online
/MODE <#channel|nick> +-<mode>
/NICK Usage: /nick <nick>- Changes your <nick>
/NOTIFY Usage: /notify <nick>- Adds <nick> to notify listUsage: /notify -<nick>- Removes <nick> from notify list
/NWHOIS Usage: /nwhois <nick>- Shows internal statistics for <nick>
/NWHOWAS Usage: /nwhowas- Displays internal whowas info for all channels. This information expiresafter 20 minutes for users on internal list, 10 minutes for others
/ORIGNICK Usage: /orignick <nick>- Attempts to regain a nick that someone else has taken from you.

/PING Usage: /ping <nick>- Send a CTCP PING to <nick> to check lag
/RANDOMNICK Usage: /randomnick <nick>- Changes your nick to a random nick. If nick is specified, then it isused as a prefix to the randomness.
/REDIRECT Usage: /redirect <nick|channel> <command>- Redirects <command> to <nick|channel>
/TRACE Usage: /trace <argument> <server>- Without a specified server it shows the current connections on- local server- Arguments: -s -u -o trace for servers, users, ircopsSee /help trace for furthur details

/UMODE Usage: /umode <mode>- Sets <mode> on yourself
/UNIG Usage: /unig <nick>- UnIgnores <nick>
/UNIGH Usage: /unigh <nick>- Removes <nick>'s host from the ignore list
/UNSCREW Usage: /unscrew <nick>- Unscrew <nick>
/USERHOST
/USERINFO Usage: /userinfo <nick> comment- Sets the userinfo for a given nick. If comment is not on command linethen comment for that nick is deleted.
/USERIP give an ip for a userccsame as /USERHOST
/W See WHO
/WHO Usage: /who <nick|channel>- Shows who listing on <nick|channel>
/WHOIS Usage: /whois <nick>- Display whois information on <nick>
/WHOLEFT Usage: /wholeft- Display who split away after a netsplit
/WHOWAS Usage: /whowas <nick>- Display whowas information on <nick>
/WI Usage: /wi [nick]- Gets /whois information about <nick>
/WII Sends a /WHOIS to a user's server, so as to show their idle time too.
