A train arriving at Frankfurt airport’s railway station. It’s an ICE-T, where the T stands for Tilting, like the APTE high speed trains in the UK: the suspension tilts the train sideways so it leans in when it goes round corners, so it doesn’t need to slow down as much at curves. In Germany the red trains are local and the others are white. |
