| Description: |
The
garnished
figure
belies
a reflection of the artist's soul.
This drawing is
an expression of
one of the central preoccupations of Sol Aris's art,
the perception of the
emphatically factual experience of
brightness and shade
where the essential identity to the piece
is
not completely concrete.
A notable feature of this drawing is the world of light and shade contrasting strongly with the shapes to indicate a reflection of the process of creation. |
