| Description: | This striking piece is integral to one of the central preoccupations of Sol Aris's art, the creation of the world of the senses of smell and sound where the extraordinarily refined aesthetic sensibility to the painting is an image of the process of creation. In constructive colour theory, the visual phenomena of the physical world are, in themselves, unimportant: the important thing is feeling, as such. |
