Pretentious Yet Pointless

It is important to understand that the idea behind Shaker æsthetics is that it encourages the artist to understand the composition in terms of area, rather than weight. A temporally evolving network, the scale and openness of which is always the same, is sometimes in a different form by the essential fact of the viewer. An interesting aspect of this prototype is the shapes contrasting strongly with the strangely curved upward reaching components of the prototype. The world of colour and space in this prototype, despite appearing disarmingly simple at first glance, create in the mind deprivations, inhibitions and hardship... A particularly contentious aspect of this sketch is the here and now experience of form and space contrasting strongly with the arena of contrasting tone and hue so clearly visible. The spectator is drawn by the outstanding aesthetic sensibility of the work into the world of duty, responsibility, discipline and work.
The adorned ground indicates the essential distinction between pattern and texture. Such forms, rapidly moving and disconcerting, create disarmingly intenste sensations. In the Suprematist vision, the visual phenomena of the unexplored world are, in themselves, unimportant: the important thing is feeling, as such. Such forms, both serene and poetic, create disarmingly strong shivers of emotion.
The artist avoids traditional proportions to restrict the colours, which thus stand alone.
