| Description: |
This image is
an expression of
one of the central preoccupations of Sol Aris's art,
the creation of the
shapes
where the scale and openness to the work
is
in some sense
active
rather than simply one of passive comprehension.
A constantly
evolving
evanescence,
the outstanding aesthetic sensibility
of which
is always constant,
is always transformed
by the mere presence
of the onlooker.
Such forms, intensely variegated, create disarmingly strong shivers of emotion. |
