| Description: | Such forms, quietly formal, create complex and fascinating interactions with the self. In this work Sol Aris depicts the relationship between brightness and dark. Contrasts of the senses of sight and taste emphasise the foreground of the work. Contrasts of colour and space march across the broad scope of this picture. Such forms, quietly formal, create disarmingly intenste sensations. |
