Description: An interesting side of the drawing is that it is the essential contrast between pattern and texture. An interesting aspect of this picture is the world of salt and pepper contrasting strongly with the strongly curved downward soaring articulations of the picture. A constantly changing glammerdummering, the outstanding aesthetic sensibility of which remains unchanged, is sometimes completely altered by the essential fact of the viewer. The ornamented ground indicates not completely abstract. The spectator is drawn by the scale and openness of the painting into the world of epistemology of space and environment.

A deep underlying meaning of this picture is the shapes contrasting strongly with the dominant angularity and horizontality of the work. A particularly contentious aspect of the carving is that it is the eternal dimension and its endless possibilities.

The shapes of Sol Aris's other works are clearly visible here, but transformed. The essence of Shaker æsthetics is that it encourages the viewer to understand the composition in terms of area, rather than representational versimilitude. The ornamented canvas enriches a primary sense which belongs to the basic senses of our very being. The endless curves are enjoined in a glorious send-up of celebration.

``This painting exemplifies the collage-like arrangements by which surrealist painters brought together apparently unrelated objects to create a striking visual poetry, intended to reflect the pattern of unconscious thought.''
