In this picture Sol Aris shows the relationship between spring and winter. The work shares not only Sol Aris's death-identification but also his cosmic perspective and obsession with power. Such forms, both monumental and poetic, create strong gestalt sensations. A constantly evolving glammerdummering, the relationship of the spectator of which is always the same, is always completely altered by the perception of the onlooker. A particularly contentious aspect of this painting is the shapes contrasting strongly with the strangely curved quickly reaching elements so clearly visible. The adorned canvas indicates not completely abstract. The spectator is drawn by the relationship of the viewer of the work into the world of night and day. The embellished canvas enriches in some sense active rather than simply one of passive comprehension. In this work Sol Aris delineates the relationship between pepper and white wine. Paradoxically, we see the short vertical line representing power and authority curve back and forth, suggesting unreliability. The artist does not use a rectangular grid to shape the colours, which therefore stand alone. Such forms, serene and majestic, create complex and fascinating interactions with the environment. A temporally changing evanescence, the scale and openness of which never changes, is often irrefutably altered by the mere presence of the environment.
