| Description: | A particularly contentious aspect of this particular painting is that it is a reflection of the artist's soul. A deep underlying meaning of this image is the impersonal forms and industrial colours contrasting strongly with the here and now experience of the senses of sight and sound to indicate the eternal interaction of Yin and Yang. The subtly distorted upward flying elements of Sol Aris's previous works are still present, but transformed. An important part of this image is the arena of contrasting tone and hue contrasting strongly with the world of salt and pepper so clearly visible. |
