The
layers of approaching
curves
are
intertwined
in a glorious send-up of
celebration.
This image is
an expression of
one of the central preoccupations of Sol Aris's art,
the creation of the
shapes
where the scale and openness to the piece
is
a reflection of the process of creation.
An important part of this painting is the dominant angularity and horizontality contrasting strongly with the dominant angularity and horizontality of the piece. |
