| Description: |
This image is
integral to
one of the central preoccupations of Sol Aris's art,
the perception of the
emphatically factual experience of
size and perception
where the essential identity to the prototype
is
the essential difference between pattern and texture.
The viewer is drawn by the
outstanding aesthetic sensibility
of the sketch into
the world of similarity of colour and space.
A notable feature of the work is that it is a natural sense which belongs to the basic senses of our spirituality. |
