| Description: |
Such forms, quietly formal, create disarmingly strong shivers of emotion.
A perpetually
evolving
evanescence,
the essential identity
of which
is always the same,
is often transformed
by the understanding
of the viewer.
In Shaker æsthetics,
the visual phenomena of the
unexplored
world are, in themselves, meaningless:
the significant
thing is feeling, as such.
Quite simple geometric shapes seem invested with life. |
