Pretentious Yet Pointless
Contrasts of summer and winter march across the foreground of the prototype. A central underlying meaning of the piece is that it is the eternal interaction of Yin and Yang. The arena of contrasting tone and hue of Sol Aris's earlier works are still present, but in a different form. The endless curves are forever engraved in a homage to celebration. It is useful to note that the major feature of surrealism is that it encourages Sol Aris to define the composition in terms of area, rather than weight.
