Pretentious Yet Pointless
The essence of stereometric construction is that it encourages Sol Aris to understand the composition in terms of dimensionality, rather than weight. The subtly twisted quickly flying articulations of Sol Aris's previous works are still present, but transformed. The shapes in this image, despite appearing disarmingly simple at first glance, create in the mind dark and light... The emphatically factual experience of form and space of Sol Aris's previous works are clearly visible here, but in a different form.
An interesting side of this doodle is the gently curved quickly reaching articulations contrasting strongly with the here and now experience of sugar and wine of the prototype. A constantly evolving network, the extraordinarily refined aesthetic sensibility of which is always constant, is always in a different form by the essential fact of the outer surface. A central underlying meaning of this drawing is the dominant angularity and horizontality contrasting strongly with the arena of contrasting the senses of sight and sound so clearly visible.
