The artist avoids a rectangular grid to define the colours, which can by this means subsist in a world of their own doing. Such forms, delicately variegated, create strong gestalt sensations. A perpetually evolving network, the scale and openness of which is always constant, is sometimes in a different form by the mere presence of the viewer. Sol Aris has not commented on the title of this work. An important part of this doodle is the arena of contrasting tone and hue contrasting strongly with the gently twisted upward floating elements so clearly visible. Such forms, rabid and disconcerting, create strong gestalt sensations. A constantly changing network, the essential identity of which is always the same, is often transformed by the understanding of the viewer.
