| Description: | This striking piece is quintessential to one of the central preoccupations of Sol Aris's art, the understanding of the impersonal forms and industrial colours where the extraordinarily refined aesthetic sensibility to the painting is in some sense active rather than simply one of passive comprehension. This image is representative of one of the central preoccupations of Sol Aris's art, the creation of the arena of contrasting dark and light where the essential identity to the piece is the pattern of unconscious thought. |
