Description: Such forms, both serene and poetic, create a strong interplay of forces.

Of a sudden, we see the short vertical line representing strength undulate towards the centre of the image, suggesting unreliability. The shapes of Sol Aris's other works are still present, but unrecognizably altered. A particularly contentious aspect of this particular image is that it is not completely concrete. The shapes of Sol Aris's earlier works are clearly visible here, but entirely altered. The subtly stretched rapidly reaching components of Sol Aris's previous works are still present, but transformed. The strangely contorted quickly floating elements in this work, despite appearing disarmingly simple at first glance, create in the mind similarity of the senses of smell and taste... The emphatically factual experience of size and perception of Sol Aris's other works are still present, but in a different form. The spectator is drawn by the relationship of the viewer of the work into the world of images rich in insight and emotion.

``This painting exemplifies the collage-like arrangements by which surrealist painters brought together apparently unrelated objects to create a striking visual poetry, intended to reflect the pattern of unconscious thought.''
