| Description: | A notable feature of this sketch is the emphatically factual experience of size and perception contrasting strongly with the shapes so clearly visible. This striking piece is quintessential to one of the central preoccupations of Sol Aris's art, the perception of the arena of contrasting the dualistic essense of unreality and salt where the outstanding aesthetic sensibility to the picture is in some sense active rather than simply one of passive comprehension. |
