Kehahn/Places: Skiolia: The Eastern Land

Skiolia is a merchant land, strong in the Powers of Air; bordering on the Wester edge of the Lake, Skiolia is known for ship-building, and does a lot of trade with Raeia.

Skiolian houses are generally white mud-baked plastered and square, often with domed rooves. Use of the Power is generally outlawed for the common people. But that's the subject of another story.
