BitchX scripting function $flash()

- $flash(num)
- Returns
- the "flash" string referenced by num
- Example
- $flash(3) returns "**XB00"
You may need to be on a PC console for this to work, or it
might not work at all, I'm not sure. It doesn't exist in
the version of BitchX I have (1.1).
